Show Me Your Smile!

Shanti - now Ebony - ,our first smiling Doberman, was surrendered to DDRI by her owner who realized he could not provide her with the life she deserved.  He loved her very much, but worked very long hours.  It was not fair for her to be alone for such long periods of time.

Ebony was a very sweet dog when she first came to rescue, but she lacked  manners and did not seem to know how to behave like a normal dog.  She quickly picked up on which behaviors were good and which were not.  Soon she was thriving in her new environment.

Ebony was adopted by a fabulous man who lives in Morgantown, WV.   He fell in love with Ebony the second he met her.

She is the light of his life and Ebony loves her new daddy more than words can express.
